Advocacy 

Advocacy is part of the daily life of a financial counsellor. I am using the skills I have learned in my role to advocate for neurodivergent clients within the financial counselling sector.

This is my professional writing project which aims to provide practical information to financial counsellors, finance industry on the unique needs and the best way to provide support to neurodivergent individuals. A guide for those in financial hardship is also on the way.

Professional Development for Financial Counsellors

Financial Counsellors participate in a range of professional development sessions each year. I have run sessions for financial counsellors about the particular needs of neurodivergent clients and specific issues that might come up for this cohort.
